  • We needed a place to leave our heavy suitcases while waiting to check in to our apartment (at 4:00 PM), and luckily we had found this luggage storage spot right near our apartment on Google Maps in advance. Booked and paid online which was quick and convenient. When we arrived, we first looked for a Bounce sign and didn’t spot it right away, but then we saw a note “You can store your luggage here” and realized we were in the right place. A very friendly young staff member immediately recognized our reservation by the time and helped us with the suitcases. We felt completely at ease leaving our luggage there — everything looked clean, secure, and trustworthy.

The staff at this storage point are very friendly, and it's really useful for travelers staying at guesthouses in Asakusa that don't have luggage storage facilities.

  • Great place to leave your luggage. More pricey than the subway, but it beats dragging bags up and down the stairs and woth the cost (imo). The staff were super nice and accommodating. Would definitely recommend! PS: they even called a cab for us ❤️
