Luggage storage Big Echo Ginza Sukiyabashi Store

I was a bit lost, not knowing if the karaoke place would hold it for me. It turned out to be more convenient than I expected.

Very easy to spot. Walk in to the reception, present QR code, hand over bag, walk out. Done in under 30 seconds. Same for pick up. Very smooth. Very friendly staff. Most other places in the area closes early. This place serves customers until late at night. A big plus if you've got evening plans after shopping.

I think I was able to use the service comfortably thanks to the friendly service from the staff.

Process was super smooth and trouble free. Just reserve via the app/website and the staff will handle it from there when you arrive. Price is also slightly cheaper than storage lockers out there, especially when you have large luggages.

Excellent service, solved my problem of needing to return home that same day. I planned to store my luggage in the subway lockers in Ginza, but they were all full. Frustrated, I searched online and found this website to reserve luggage storage. Luckily, I could book on the same day! It was quick and convenient, and there were many storage locations!

It’s hard to find the shop but it’s inside a karaoke shop. Anyway it’s efficient and easy to make bookings!

Superb and super convenient

Easy to use service, fast and efficient, it allowed us to drop all our luggage off for the day while we explored Ginza before making our way to the Narita airport to go home. I would recommend using Bounce and Big Echo as a baggage storage option.

This was my first time using Big Echo's luggage storage service, but the staff explained everything to me carefully, so the process went smoothly!

Smooth transactions, customer just have to scan the qr code to register online and indicate how many bags i.e. luggage, bag pack or tote bag. Payment via online banking. Just some feedback - it was really difficult to find the place due to no signage. We followed google maps and finally found Big Echo entrance and asked the staff at the counter.

You can leave it at Big Echo on the first floor. I was confused at first because there was no Bounce sign.

Both the drop-off and pick-up were smooth! The airport bus stop was right in front of the hotel, so it was very convenient.
