Luggage storage Big Echo Ginza Sukiyabashi Store

Excellent service, solved my problem of needing to return home that same day. I planned to store my luggage in the subway lockers in Ginza, but they were all full. Frustrated, I searched online and found this website to reserve luggage storage. Luckily, I could book on the same day! It was quick and convenient, and there were many storage locations!

It’s hard to find the shop but it’s inside a karaoke shop. Anyway it’s efficient and easy to make bookings!

This was my first time using Big Echo's luggage storage service, but the staff explained everything to me carefully, so the process went smoothly!

Smooth transactions, customer just have to scan the qr code to register online and indicate how many bags i.e. luggage, bag pack or tote bag. Payment via online banking. Just some feedback - it was really difficult to find the place due to no signage. We followed google maps and finally found Big Echo entrance and asked the staff at the counter.

You can leave it at Big Echo on the first floor. I was confused at first because there was no Bounce sign.

Both the drop-off and pick-up were smooth! The airport bus stop was right in front of the hotel, so it was very convenient.

You read that right, it's on the first floor of the karaoke bar. It's recommended to make an online reservation first to reduce communication hassles. Note that the charges are based on the number of items, so if you can condense your purchases into one item, it will save you money. It's open until around 11:30. There are many great places to shop around in the area. I highly recommend leaving your belongings at the store, otherwise you'll have a lot of heavy bags.
