The pickup point is located inside the karaoke box: Big Echo Kokusai Street Store (ビッグエコー国際通り店), and follows the same operating hours. In my case, I needed it late at night after 10 PM, so it was great. However, if you plan to use it in the morning, it’s best to call ahead and check if it’s available.

Very convenient location to store suitcase. Staff was very professional and friendly. I highly recommend this bounce location.

The receptionist took the luggage and returned it. I didn’t have to do anything. Although communication was a bit difficult because she didn’t speak english.

I was relieved to know that I could make reservations and payments online in advance. It's very convenient if you already know your destination and how you'll use the service!
