Easy drop off and pick up, kept things secure in a back room and safe. You do have to go up a SMALL flight of stairs (maybe like 7-8 steps) so if you are unable to do that might not be the best luggage storing place. Other than that take elevator to 4th floor it’s a Kareoke business. Nice Kareoke place too
