Great! We hadn’t reserved so the sign was not outside but the door was open to the art shop (see photos on Google) and there was a sticker that said Bounce on the door. The person there was very friendly and it was a great place to store luggage without the hassle of lockers.

Fantastic service. Thank you to the woman who looked after us. She was so friendly and welcoming. 100% recommendation this service. The door is a little tricky to find at first but follow the photos on google maps they will help.

Super easy and straightforward. The lady was very nice and helpful. You make reservations and payments online. We didn't do this in advance, but only on arrival, and it wasn't a problem. The lady even offered us Wi-Fi. The Luggage Storage is a small art studio with lots of cute figurines.

It was raining heavily when we went to pick up our bags and they were very accommodating. They allowed us to wait after closing for our taxi to arrive and offered us hot coffee and tea. She went above and beyond to ensure we were well taken care of.
