Storing the luggage was easy and convenient as the restaurant was next to train station. The food there was excellent also.

It's right next to the Bernina Express train station. They're friendly and have the baggage drop-off and pick-up service under control (they're a pizzeria). They don't open early in the morning, but we solved that by leaving our bags the night before. I definitely recommend them!

Smooth, easy, affordable

They were nice enough to let us keep our luggage overnight.

The service is within a restaurant so that was the only hiccup that we could not find the facility easily but otherwise it was a smooth transaction. Easy online booking, drop off and pick up. Very conveniently located opposite the train station. Thank you Bounce!

Safe place and easy access!

The restaurant is VERY close to the train stations, 15-20 steps. They were quick and efficient, which gave us time to find our platform. Highly recommend if you are leaving bags for a train ride into Italy or into Switzerland! Jason

The place is a few meters from Tirano station. The only downside is that you have to carry your suitcase up 5 or 6 steps at the entrance. The rest is perfect.

The restaurant where we stored our luggage is located in front of the train station, so it is very easy to get to. The staff was very friendly and they even gave us a discount for eating there. Excellent service.

Easy to use and near station!

It was fine so far. Since you can only leave your luggage there through Bounce, their prices should be posted along with the fee. It would also be better to make bookings dependent on the storage time.

Easy drop off, very close to train station

It was difficult to find. Google maps placed it across from the restaurant. The restaurant itself had such a small sign in a window the was up 6 steps and set back that we didn’t see it till later. If you’re looking for it, it’s in Ristorante Pizzaria Vitoria. Also, it was difficult to carry my heavy bag up the steps. Once we got in there, it was easy to check in. Make you know where the QR code is for check in AND check out. I didn’t think to look in my email at first, but I found it later. I would def use again as it was nice not to have to drag around a heavy bag.

Bounce location on Google is not same as the restaurant

The address is displayed incorrectly on Google Maps!!! None of the neighboring businesses we asked knew the house number. Simply write the hotel/restaurant name much larger and more clearly on the booking confirmation.
