  • The staff are friendly and will take a picture of the outside of your suitcase to prove that nothing happened while it was there. The entire process of putting the suitcase in and taking it out is easy.

  • The guy was really nice and the check in of luggage was fast. Just scan the QR code I got when I booked the storage and took couple of pics and that is it. Also the place is 4 minutes from Town Hall Station where you can take the train, metro or bus to wherever you want in Sydney. Very convenient. 5 stars all around.

  • Located at King of the Pack convenience store. Was an easy straight forward experience. Asks you to download their app at the time of booking. In store they look you up by name, tag your bags and give you little tear off receipts. They take your bags into the back room of the store which is locked. On collection you hand over the receipts or your name and the attendant comes back with your bags.
