The person who helped us was friendly and clear about their closing time if we wanted to pick it up during the day. It was easy to find. It is close to the Central Train station.

Have more verification when picking up luggage. Also clearer entrance signs at the door.

Maybe I didnt read throughly enough (and it was my first time using bounce), but I wasnt aware that it would be in an hostel. I was looking for the sign that said Bounce and was lost for a moment. The description only said "corner of...", but not the name of the hostel. I figured it out soon enough, but a hint would have been nice.

Procedure wasn’t followed by staff on collection of bag. The staff member didn’t check the tag bag number against my bag. I was free to take which ever bag I wanted from the storage locker
