We did see some negative comments online yet we really needed a way to store our luggages in Sydney while we were in Melbourne, so we just did it. It was very easy to find it! The staff were friendly. The whole process just took a minute! I downloaded the app and showed our booking. To make sure, I just took a photo of our luggages. When we came back for them, we just showed the tag they gave us. The price per luggage per day is economical. :)

The person who helped us was friendly and clear about their closing time if we wanted to pick it up during the day. It was easy to find. It is close to the Central Train station.

They should extend their hours.

The staff is very friendly! I got one extra carry-on bag, and they allowed me to store it as well!

Only thing to improve would be to give tickets or something out for each bit of luggage to increase the safety and making sure you know it’s the correct person picking up.

Really kind and helpful! Nearly got lost but someone redirected me to the correct entrance. They also allowed me to store another bag instead if just the ones i booked.

Perfect service.
