Excellent service, top location! Highly recommended!

A very friendly young man helped me, as I didn't speak the language and my English is very weak, but we did our best to understand each other. When I arrived, they already had my reservation registered. Great!

Everything went smoothly. Due to the construction work at Stuttgart train station, we had to search for the drop-off point for a bit at first, but then everything ran smoothly. Show the QR code, leave your luggage, and off you go.

I left my suitcase there with peace of mind. I'd gladly do it again.

Dropping off was quite easy. The person responsible was very nice and polite. Finding the place was a bit tough since there's only a tiny sign outside and it's quite easy to miss.

This is a very convenient luggage storage service for less than €7 per day for a medium-sized suitcase (the price is the same whether you leave your luggage for 3 hours or 7 hours). On-site, you scan a QR code which takes you to the Bounce website or the Bounce app, and you can pay by credit card, Apple Pay, etc. You then show the attendant the QR code, and they give you a small ticket with a number (don't lose it!) to give back when you pick up your luggage. The storage facility is located inside a beer shop (Bierothek), which isn't easy to find. It's not a separate, independent storage facility. This shop is located under the arcades near one of the entrances to the shopping mall and a pharmacy. I received a very warm welcome from the shop attendant.

Easy to find, just hidden in an arcade our of view from the Schlossplatz. Bags were taken were taken upstairs above the store.

Great service with friendly staff. I will definitely use it next time as well. My advice to find the blue sign on the ground as I was looking high up for the storage name.
