Easy to book, left our things after a few security questions. The only downside was that you need to show a confirmation that your booking was already paid, cause the staff don't see that part. Overall good experience :)

Left the rucksack at Stansted airport for 2 nights. All went well, no major problem. They could not found a confirmation of payment via Bounce at first, but it was settled.

easy to find: straight to the right when you enter the airport, next to costa coffee. i was warned not to loose a physical ticket they gave me upon drop off. and on the pick up it took personnel some time to find my bag at the back storage, but eventually all went well

A fine service to use for its connivence. As others mentioned, all electronics must be scanned separately so having them on top or accessible is helpful. I dropped it off quite early so I was happy they were open and available. Keep your receipt, it’s critical to getting your bag back.

Very convenient! Super easy to find. Reasonable price! I’m giving 4/5 just because there was misunderstanding. I booked and payed online but when I went to pick up my bag the member of staff asked me to pay again. Probably was in training or something and there was no one else there at the moment. But I wasn’t in a hurry so after a supervisor showed up everything was sorted. I’ll definitely use their services again!!

Staff at drop off and pick up were friendly. Whole thing was easy. Only suggestion would be to have more staff to reduce wait time.

good, kept care of my things, but had to unpack my suitcase in the terminal because of electronics. they need to be scanned separately, something which was not mentioned anywhere during the reservation process. also had to prove that i had already paid both on drop off and pick up they tried to charge me again.

The Stansted staff REALLY need to stop asking for payment, when payment was already made at time of booking. Otherwise the service was great

Was easy to find in the main section beside the shops/cafes as you enter the airport. Luggage was safe for the day and we were able to leave an extra rucksack with the case at no extra charge. Only downside is that you have to remove any electrical items and cables from all baggage you want to leave (has to go through a scanner separately) so we had to open up our cases to remove chargers, straighteners etc in the middle of the busy airport!
