Easy process to drop off / pick up and friendly staff.

I highly recommend it. We used the luggage storage service at the LATIN MARKET (located near the bus station in Saint Paul's Bay, Malta). A very friendly and smiling woman served us. The Bounce app is very intuitive and allows for quick reservations.

Really easy and convenient luggage storage. The instructions for finding the location were clear, and it was in a great location just a few doors up from the police station and within easy reach of the town. The girl who checked us in was very friendly and the process was quick and easy. I just had to provide the PIN code from the email confirmation, and she took photos of our luggage before storing it securely. We received confirmation once our luggage had been checked in, which was reassuring. Picking it up later was just as easy, and everything was returned in exactly the same condition as we left it. Overall, it was definitely worth the money and made our day much easier.

Everything is fine

An ok experience, with small errors when dropping off and picking up luggage, it's the first time I've used this system and a new employee and it was more difficult, What I would recommend is that the procedure for dropping off and picking up luggage be better displayed on the website. Otherwise, the people at Latin were really ok.
