location is good, close to bus but you don't get the exact exact location after booking. the link is not good. you have to look for the hotel. the first girl was a bit annoyed and she said she cannot respond of the baggage - even tough bounce says you have a 10.000 euro insurance- second girl from the pick up was very nice and friendly. all in all it was great
