The whole process worked pretty well, but the one measure complaint I have is the map in the system that you guys provide for locations. You don't highlight or specify the actual train stations, bus stations, and other transportation points where travelers would arrive at I'm spending my time trying to bounce back-and-forth between Google Maps and your app trying to figure out which storage place is relatively close to the station I'm arriving out, to make some planning in advance. Every one of your locations should have a distance indicated to the major transportation hubs. You seem to forget that nobody's going to be using your service unless they're traveling, and they have to arrive somehow at the city where you're going to be used. It's a giant pain. And frankly it's unnecessary. As far as the actual app is concerned, it worked well. Don't have any real problems or issues with the actual implementation of it. I had to hike with my luggage to the location but that's expected. Fix your mapping. It really needs attention. Arm your travelers with as much information as they can possibly have and use.
