Very good experience, I only needed it for a few hours, I wish they had that differentiated payment, but the minimum is 1 day.

I'm satisfied with my experience! I had never used the service before, I researched the reviews and felt confident. I left my bags at 9 am and picked them up at 3 pm without any problems. The only detail that could be improved would be removing the website service fee, as I already find it a bit excessive, considering that the price per bag is at least R$20.00 and the website fee alone is R$37.00. Apart from that, it's a well-provided service!

I used Bounce Luggage Storage in Jardim Paulista and was very satisfied with the service. Despite its simple facade, the place inspires confidence and delivers exactly what it promises. My bags were stored safely, without any problems or complications. The service was friendly and the delivery and pickup process was quick and easy. The location is also strategic, facilitating access to other areas of the city. A practical and safe solution for those who need to travel without luggage. I recommend it and would certainly use it again.

Excellent service, Bounce! I had a few doubts, but it's very simple. The hotel staff were very friendly from beginning to end. I left my luggage at 11 am, spent most of the day walking along Paulista Avenue, and returned in the evening to pick it up. I'm very grateful to the two gentlemen who helped me; one of them even spoke a little Spanish.
