Once we arrived, the staff both at check in and check out were very friendly, helpful and everything was very fast and correct. From our experience we have found that it is a safe place and they are professionals.

The store is very close to the train station or bus terminal, when you leave your luggage the gentleman attaches a label with a code and gives you a piece of this label with the same code so no mistake of mixing up the luggage, your QR code is scanned on arrival and when you pick up the luggage, they are very very kind thank you ☺️ I recommend it, plus it stays open late
