Was really quick and easy to use. Download the app and place the reservation before you go, then just show up and have them scan the code and they take your luggage. It was immediately stored behind a locked door. Worker gave us her phone number in case of emergency and was nice to work with. We just needed it for a half day and price was about $16 for three pieces. Worth it to not have to worry.

The lady was the nicest person ever. She really helped us out. The STEEP creamery was the first location, the security there said they never heard of bounce. But the lady on Russian hill. At the box location was the absolute best.
