Close to Powell Station - 5 min walk. Very easy and quick to drop and pick up. Shop is actually a luggage shop and staff very friendly. Make sure you use the app and take photos of the luggage. Would definitely use again.

I used it twice while visiting San Francisco. Dropping off and picking up were both smooth and hassle-free. When you book with Bounce, it's a good idea to register your bag in Apple Wallet (it doesn't work on Android...). Just show the Wallet screen when you drop off your bag. Also, don't forget to take a photo of your bag when you drop it off (you'll need to show that photo when you pick it up).

The souvenir shop itself had many good items, and the staff were friendly. They took photos of our luggage and let us check it in. When we picked it up, we showed them the photos and they let us retrieve it. It was nice to be able to check in safely and conveniently.

Smooth operation. Walked in, attendant had me take a picuture of bags, he took them to the back, and I walked out and enjoyed the day without the extra weight. Returned later in the day, showed the attendant the picture of the bags, he retrieved them and I was on my way.
