It’s a grocery store so it’s actually a plus to drop off your luggages here and buy snack at the same time! The staff is super friendly

We had not used an online luggage service like this before. But when our hotel could not store our luggage for the day, while we explored more of the city, we thought to search for options. We were both surprised and pleased that there were multiple places to do this. This location was easily accessible, the staff were efficient, friendly and helpful. They knew we were coming and it all worked fine. They opened at 10am, perfect...and closed at 9pm. We only needed it until 3pm. As a bonus, we were able to get a chai latte and hot chocolate when we picked up the luggage. A great first experience.

(A little late on this review but better late than never!) This restaurant is truly a heaven sent. They went above and beyond, just because they are good people. My partner and I had brought our belongings there for what was supposed to be for a few hours, which turned in to a couple weeks. They took every situation with an amazing attitude and patience. They did not just send our things off to get picked up elsewhere, they made sure they were able to return them to us. Never met a more understanding team of people. They deserve all of the stars and an award honestly. It’s so rare to come across such kind people, thank you for the refreshing experience and thank you again for keeping our belongings safe, no matter what. Words can’t describe how grateful we are.

The staff were very friendly, and I felt like this was a safe place to leave our luggage while we parked and toured Alcatraz. It was a quick in and out both for the drop off and the pickup.

Store only opens at 10 and weren’t very happy to take the bags early until we insisted. Very helpful app but it’s misleading because we couldn’t see the opening time when booking and wouldn’t have booked this place had we known.

Very nice. Very polite. Very speedy and efficient. But when we were dropping off our bags they mentioned that they close early some nights and to call to see about an hour before close. We called, no one answered. Had a scary 40 minute walk to our bags. But they ended up still being open. Still, we had to collect our bags an hour earlier than we would’ve liked. They should probably change their posted hours.

The process was really simple and staff were friendly. I was confused by the FAQ that states bags are tagged and sealed so I didn’t bother with luggage locks. It was a trust exercise to simply hand them over, get a little claim tag with my name on it and then see my bags wheeled off. I was expecting they would do the “sealing” part in view of the customer. In either case, everything went smoothly and I wouldn’t hesitate to ise Bounce at this location in the future.
