Date of service use , 12/14/25. This was my first time using the luggage storage service through "Bounce" and it was honestly easy, quick, and reliable. As I had a late flight out of SFO later that day I wanted to explore SF uninhibited by my bags and I did not have any friends in the city to leave them with easily. I compared a similar service that was offered at SFO but it was going to run me around $35 per bag for the day. I spent about $8 leaving my luggage with the Union Hotel via Bounce, for the whole day. This location is conveniently located right next to the "16th and Mission" Bart station, allowing for easy access to public transportation. The Mission District was a joy to discover and explore as well.

Nice staff, bags were locked up in a room and I had no problem retrieving them. Conveniently located near 16th and Mission BART station. Be aware that you have to lug your luggage up a short flight of stairs.

Based on the area - the BART station that this is near is sketchy. But the luggage area is behind a locked gate and door - there is one flight of stairs. Friendly staff that let me use the restroom.

Friendly and quick service. I did see reviews before that there are stairs - just one flight - but not an issue as I just had a carry on. Also right next to train station so easy to get to/from and also a direct train to the airport. Great location!

Secure and easy. Just ring the bell, take your bags up to the main floor, show the person at the front desk your reservation, and put your bags in the storage room. You'll be able to pick the bags up any time later that day/night.

We stored our suitcases here during the day. We were aware that we had to climb a few stairs, and that was fine with it. The location near the train station is very good. The reception was friendly. The suitcases were locked in a separate room – perfect!

I was so pleasantly surprised that in a pinch I searched for luggage storage. And this existed 2 blocks away from where I was. Immediately went from "what about my bags" to "FREEDOMMM!!!!!". The hotel looked kinda seedy but the proprietor was such a nice dude and warned me to stay away from the TL. Believe his family worked there too. Would leave luggage there again.
