Luggage storage University City – Near Birch Aquarium

First time using this service! Super easy and convenient. This location is perfectly situated in the touristy area of La Jolla which made it that much more convenient.

Drop off and pick up were easy and staff friendly. I was a little skeptical of this service generally but will definitely use it again next time I travel and find myself with extra time before I fly.

It was a little confusing as the address for what we thought would be called "Bounce" was Taste of the Himalayas restaurant (which was cute and near the ocean and smelled amazing; we wished we had time to eat there, honestly!). A small sticker (similar to a "We take VISA"-type sticker) in the window with the Bounce logo would be supremely helpful. So definitely a 'homemade' type setup but it the gentleman was friendly asked for our QR code, scanned it, and took our luggage away and let us know they were open until 8:30 and to return before then. For $20 to have a safe place to leave our heavy backpacks while we walked around La Jolla and the beach for the afternoon was nice and much appreciated. I'd just suggest more info on what to look for upon arrival and providing locations with a Bounce sticker for their window so you know you're in the right place. Thanks!
