At first we were a little bit afraid of leaving our luggage there, because there was no locker, but the owner was so polite and helpful that made us give him a chance. Of course we looked up online for reviews and everything, but anyways, we used his services for 2 consecutive days, and I recommend everyone that is around there to use his services as well.

Everything was great. My luggage was safe and sound within the estimated time, and there were no problems. We experienced a 15-minute delay due to public transportation issues, but we arrived at the location and collected our luggage without any problems. Highly recommended.

We haven't had any problems. It's true that when it comes to leaving luggage, it's a bit unsafe, because they don't have a separate room or any security system, so you have to leave it in the middle of the store. But there hasn't been a problem.

Convenient location near Ostiense station. Friendly staff, the only downside is a bit of difficulty with Italian but nothing problematic...we understand each other. Extended opening hours convenient for evening departures.

Very nice point of contact, but it is the back of a store, and your luggage is not locked up. Nothing seemed out of place when we picked it up.
