Luggage storage Near Via Cola di Rienzo

This was a great place to store luggage not too far from bus to port Civetechia. Originally booked at another location closer but that place was closed which causes some confusion but Bounce help desk quickly found me this place and luckily we had time.

The staff was friendly. The store is small, so getting in and out with a lot of luggage (we were a group of seven) is difficult. But they carry everything up to an elevator and store it in their warehouse. Everything was in good condition when we picked up our things.

Easy and friendly

Dropping our bags and picking them up was simple and quick. It was exactly what we needed so we could explore the city some more before leaving later that afternoon.

All the staff were very nice and attentive.

Right around the corner in the grocery, easy to use, in and out in no time. Will do it again.

Easy and professional

It was a bit confusing, as the storage room was inside a Supermarket. So it was not an actual locker as expected but just a service of taking care of our luggage. I felt a bit insecure on where our bags were stored. But the service was good and we got all our bags back :D

I got to the Bounce storage place and did´t have to wait at all to leave my suitcases. Same upon going to get them: no wait, swift. Operator was very friendly too

First time using this service through an app and I’m impressed. At first, it was hard to find the location. It was actually on a supermarket, but there was no reference of the location in the app. Once we were there, the reservation was very fast. The whole experience through the app was great and made the payment and left My luggage with the clerk.

Had to wait a couple of minutes for assistance but once I was helped, the drop-off process was easy enough and collection was fairly quick too.
