The location is inside a restaurant—you need to look carefully to see where to go. Great guy, he helped with installing the app. Easy drop-off and pick-up if you have the Bounce app installed. Luggage was kept safely. Only issue is that the address is that of the restaurant, and it is unclear from the street where you need to go: you should go to a pink room/office.

In Piazza Navona itself, at the Camillo café, they leave your luggage in a designated area in front of the terrace. It's a bit intimidating, but when we left and picked up our bags, someone was watching over them.

It's very convenient, right next to the square! It's also very close to the nearby Pantheon.

There are no personal or secured lockers but the location was convenient, drop off/ pickup was very easy and the staff was very friendly and helpful! Overall just as advertised(:
