I liked everything.

Very convenient to Tibertina Station and especially close to the long-distance bus station nearby. Easy to coordinate with the Bounce App. Nice people. A little hard to find as it is located in a parking garage down an alley and tucked around the corner- so not obvious from the main street. But surrounding businesses know and can help you find the drop-off. How about Bounce logos out on the main street entrances to the alley?

It was amazing that they had labels to identify each bag. It was an additional security measure that I found very useful. I felt more secure that way!

GO DOWN THE RAMP. The luggage storage is located in the GARAGE. This is a very hidden spot with foreign staff; it may seem shady at first glance, I admit. There were no signs for getting there from the street; the lady at the hotel upstairs showed me the way. But once you find it, the staff is very kind and helpful, even until late.

Difficult to find the place

The two Malian guys were amazing! So friendly and helpful. The pickup/dropoff process was amazing. I used them twice in my stay at Rome and it was great. The only off thing about the location they email you is not correct I followed the advice from the reviews and easily found it. It's a garage infront of the Tirburtina, around the kebab place. You will find the garage sign. Go down the street and you will see bounce adds outside. OVERALL HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Amazing feedback from my side only difficulty was couldn’t find the place excatly as per Google map. If you put a map it’s very easy.

It is inside an alley at the end (parking). It is safe and the luggage is very well taken care of, the last pickup time is at 11:30 p.m., so you can make the most of the day.
