Simple, quick for drop-off and pick-up and very secure

We did not get a receipt when we dropped the bags. When we returned, they asked if we had taken a photo of the bags, which we had not done - but we could describe the bags and that worked. It would be better if there were receipts or if they told the customer to take a photo when the bags are dropped off.
