When I arrived, there was no service staff at the counter. I could call them to open the door using the QR code on the door (so make sure your phone has network). The storage process was quite smooth and the pickup was also very fast. It is very close to the subway station to the airport, and is recommended for people who need to store luggage before boarding a flight!
