There were no staff at the counter when I arrived. I could call them using the QR code on the door to ask them to open it (so make sure your phone has internet access). The luggage storage process was very smooth and the retrieval was quick. It's also very close to the subway station to the airport. I recommend it to people who need to store their luggage before flying!
