This was such a great service. I took an uber from the airport to the Bounce airport location (even though it would been a 10ish minute walk) and it was just so easy. My bags were all safe including my bag with my expensive camera gear that I really didn’t want to walk around with. It freed me up to enjoy a day of exploring Porto while I had time to kill before my husbands flight later in the evening arrived. It was affordable and super simple process. No Bounce sign on the building but I found the building no problem and the. staff were expecting me because it’s online booking ahead only.

The service is very good, the staff are friendly - the only problem is that the path to the location isn't very kind to luggage, as the sidewalks are made of stones and damage the wheels of the suitcases - since there are also car rental companies and long-term parking lots, the public administration should consider this improvement.

Located a 7-minute walk from the airport. The welcome was warm, and a shuttle was offered to us for €7.50 for 6 people, dropping us off right in front of the terminal. I highly recommend it!

Maybe put up a sign or something that indicates that this is a storage for luggage, but once you find it its fantastic!

There could be a sign with the name on the front of the store.
