Straightforward, pleasant, attentive

The hotel requires a code or a receptionist to let people into the building, and the bags are stored in a back room. Receptionists answer the door quickly and took my last minute booking!

Mandatory booking with Bounce- no direct payment accepted. Door is usually closed - ring the bell. Even being a hotel, reception is not 24 hours- please respect Booking hours from 8.30 am to 22.30 pm. No pay per hour available - only dailly fees. There's 2 storage rooms in the building, be aware one is in the second floor and is only reach by stairs- location for your booking will be managed by the front desk worker according to space availability. (except for bikes- those will be stored in the Terrace in the back of the building) There's a seating room and Toilet available.

Booking and leaving our luggage worked really well, very nice staff, if we need the service again in Porto we would be happy to do so again.
