It's very close to the Leaning Tower of Pisa. It was super easy and quick. We arrived and the receptionist was already waiting. She gave us tips on where to have lunch and even ordered a taxi to take us to the train station. I highly recommend it.

Monica was great! The place is inside a Tabachi store, next to a restaurant that lets you use the bathroom if you need or to changr clothes if you need for Pisa tower photos. The host was brilliant, he was polite, considerate and went out of his way to help book a taxi for us to go to the airport and actually delayed and disturbed his lunch break to help us out.

We used this service to store our travel backpacks and bags before visiting the Leaning Tower of Pisa, and we were extremely satisfied with how easy the entire process was. The location was very convenient and easy to access, and the gentleman working at the shop was incredibly kind and helpful. Using the Bounce app made the experience seamless from start to finish. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend leaving your luggage here. Not only is drop-off and pick-up very quick, but you also receive a very warm welcome. The staff are very friendly; we needed to take a taxi to the airport, and the young woman at reception called one for us. A huge thank you again, as we didn't know how to arrange it!
