Dropping off the luggage was very easy, but picking it up was a bit more complicated because the store's smartphone app was glitching, and I had to wait several minutes to get my bags. The person told me they absolutely had to be able to scan the QR code when I picked them up, otherwise I'd have to pay twice… Strange… Apart from that, everything was perfect!

Very helpful, nice people. This was a great alternative to dragging big suitcases around W.A.

Hi nice thanks the young guy was ok he knew what to do when I got there & the young lady who put it through computer was awesome even helped me out with me bags only think I was disappointed was you have to have an Australian passport to get a bed for the night I’m a homeless person at the moment yet I’m an Australian Citizen & I had proof yet I wasn’t allowed to stay there all good I respect your policies but being here over 50yrs from London England & ave all required documents you refused me 3 bags just for the day at $30 was a bit steep other than that it’s all good thanks again saves me dragging my bags around for the day regards Paul

It is a convenient service but it needs to be made clear that there is no storefront or signage. It is an online service that is attached to a convenient store. Your bags are kept at the back of the store & you will return during their business hours to pick them up using your online booking.

It was conveniently located a short distance from my motel in East Perth and saved me $140 extending my booking. There isn't a dedicated storage area per se, but it was secure & it worked just fine.

It was extremely convenient to store bags when coming off a cruise early in the morning and having a really late flight home. I don't like how you don't know the exact location until after you make the booking. We actually worked it out and asked at the store before we booked. I wouldn't have booked without knowing the location. It was a little concerning that the bags were just stored behind the counter but they were all locked and the process was super easy. I have recommended it to others.

Place felt a bit dodgy in a back packers hostel but bags were locked away and were there safe on our return later in the day Receptionist was friendly

The location is amazing near to our apartment! I have been told to collect my bag at 5pm by the guy when dropping our bag. He looks like blur worker. Luckily, when we drop by the store at 5pm, the new guy said i can collect before midnight. So cool! luckily, we met the efficient worker who can explained well.

Accommodating! Allowed me to hang in the hostel for hour or so before heading to the airport. Short and easy walk to the main train station and CBD
