Like other messages said, the real location is next to it. You need to book on the app to get the real location. Worked flawlessly, owner is a nice guy

The price was reasonable, and the location was really great as it is situated in an area with many accommodations!! The owner was very kind, and I liked the system because it is easy to use—you just book in advance and hand it over when you arrive😊 If any Koreans are staying nearby, I recommend giving it a try! You might get confused about the location if you arrive using a map, but it seems like they run it together with another shop. Don't enter through the apartment entrance; go into the shop next door.

Luggage storage is super convenient! Just book it on Google Maps, scan the QR code on-site, and you're all done! It really saves you time dragging your luggage ☺️☺️☺️ The owner is also very polite.

First time using this service in Japan. The drop off & pick up process was very easy. Staff was very prompt, friendly & helpful.

The people that have left reviews before did not notice that as soon as you pay the luggage, the actual location comes up and is called “British Bear Burger” which happens to be a small restaurant that also stores your luggage. The owner is very nice, and seems like a lot of people get confused and go to the next door apartment complex. All in all, it was very safe and real nice service from the owner. It sucks that people have left bad reviews just because they themselves get lost or confused. *Adding a picture of how it looks outside.
