Luggage storage Big Echo Okayama Station Store

Friendly staff, luggage was well stored, ideal location next to the train station. A minor drawback is the stairs as there is no elevator to access the 2nd floor.

Life saver! After being turned away by so many luggage storage services at both Tokyo and Okayama stations, the swift and easy QR process was a relief. There was no elevator to the reception so we had to carry our luggage up one flight of stairs, but other than that there were no obstacles. Just show the QR to the person at the reception and they’ll take a photo of your bags before storing them away. Cannot understate how helpful this was 😁 thank you!

We stored our luggage for 3 days, worked perfectly fine

I randomly found this place since my luggage could not fit in coin locker. It’s on the 2nd floor. Book and Pay on website first, then show QR to BigEcho Karaoke staff.

a great option for luggage storage near the okayama station, just note that there is no lift / escalator, so you have to carry your luggage up the stairs

Everything was great except there are stairs so if you have heavy luggage beware
