I used the hotel's luggage storage service. They left my luggage in a locked room, took a photo of my luggage with the tag attached, and when I collected it, I showed the photo, so I don't think there would be any mix-ups. The receptionist was very kind and it was a great experience.

This is a hotel lobby. The staff is very friendly and the luggage storage is safe. Each piece of luggage has a tag and can only be taken away with its own number. There are free drinking water and toilets in the hotel lobby, which is good.

The front desk staff of the hotel were very friendly, and they took great care of my luggage, allowing me to explore nearby countries without any hassle. However, it was unclear where the luggage storage was located before booking, which caused some confusion in planning my schedule.

Drop of process very formal. Stored in secure location. Pick up wasn’t asked for ID and QR code wasn’t scanned despite asking hotel staff.

They should be better trained to find the reservation in the system...it took them about five minutes to find it and in the end I had to solve it on my cell phone.
