Everything worked very well, the only thing that could have been better, is that the lady who received my luggage didn't seem to have noted down my name, which caused slight confusion when I came to pick it up. Thanks to the number tickets they give out though, it wasn't a problem to verify my luggage.

Very, very nice man, who helped us with our luggage. He was friendly and kind. We showed up a couple of minutes late to get the luggage - after closing hours - and he was so understanding and just joking with us. We will recommend this place at any time!

The girl was friendly and helpful and spoke good English. I did NOT however, expect our bags to merely be stored under some shelves right in the store! I thought there would be some separate, secure room for them to be placed in!! They were still there when we got back, but it didn't instill a whole lot of confidence, leaving them there with only the girl running the (busy) shop to look over them! 0_o

Store employees were helpful and it was easy to store and retrieve luggage. There did not appear to be any means of enforcing correct luggage retrieval, so it seems as if anyone can simply take anyone else’s luggage. We had no issues with our experience.
