Friendly staff and close to train station

Located just a few minutes' walk from Penn Station, easily accessible by train from New York Liberty Airport (EWR), and situated at a major intersection, this store offers a safe, secure, and convenient location. The staff and owner were incredibly kind and provided excellent service. Being able to leave unnecessary luggage while traveling on a domestic flight was extremely helpful.

I called cause I saw they open before 10, they were able to take my luggage before 10! They were super friendly, made it easier to leave my bags there as we explored New York. It is at a smoke shop, tattoo and piercing place. I was a little worried about bags getting a smell, but I don't notice a thing. I wouldn't have any concerns leaving my bags here again.

Legit storage place, a smoke shop barber and tattoo place!

I was so scared because it was in a very sketchy area. Left my luggages there (4 big ones), found them at the same spot untouched. Quick check-in and check out & good service. Highly recommend! After I checked out, I regret worrying as much as I did.
