Luggage storage Newark Penn Station

Initially, I was little skeptic. However, the previous ratings for this place were good so I gave it a go. I found my luggage were untouched. The staff was friendly. Location was near the station that takes directly to airport. So it is covinient in every way.

Fantastic staff so friendly and helpful! Bags were kept in the back of the counter behind a partition very safe. Chill spot and easy to find plus close to Penn station. 10/10!!

It was conveniently located near Newark Airport and had fast service. I recommend it because my luggage was safely stored without any loss. Thanks to this, I had a great New York City tour before returning home.

Super easy. Smooth. Convenient. Staff was friendly and knew exactly why I was there as soon as they saw the bags.

They were genuinely kind and friendly, both during the day shift and the night shift. Everything was really convenient, very quick, and very professional. Additionally, with their genuinely professional conduct with regard to their thriving "smoke shop business," virtually anyone would feel comfortable and welcome even if a person isn't into smoke shops. Everyone is welcome, and it's a really great 21st Century business model.

Was missing appropriate signs. We found out about the place when we arrived, when other customers were unloading their luggage there. This probably could to keep the place hidden from unwanted people to observe luggage storage, but it would be helpful to keep a note on the store.
