I called cause I saw they open before 10, they were able to take my luggage before 10! They were super friendly, made it easier to leave my bags there as we explored New York. It is at a smoke shop, tattoo and piercing place. I was a little worried about bags getting a smell, but I don't notice a thing. I wouldn't have any concerns leaving my bags here again.

The service is great, but the location isn't easy to find. It's really close to Newark Penn Station.

I was so scared because it was in a very sketchy area. Left my luggages there (4 big ones), found them at the same spot untouched. Quick check-in and check out & good service. Highly recommend! After I checked out, I regret worrying as much as I did.

Very close to Newark Penn Station. Staff was helpful. Left luggages at 2 pm and took back around 8pm. All went smoothly. It is a tabacco/piercing shop which also serves for luggage keeping for several apps.

Process was smooth and easy. We checked in 8 bags and had 4 hours to go see the Iris garden and get back after lunch to collect and go to the airport. The smoke shop environment is kind of difficult with kids but that is the place where they had storage. Still good experience overall

Very friendly chap, we left our luggage in this shop for 2 days and received it back intact.

I was skeptical at first as this was in a sketchy location, however, I got to drop my bags for 10hrs and it was untouched and in the same condition I left it - you arrive, they tag your bags, you take a picture of the tag/s and when you collect them again you show them the tag pictures and they give it back. Very uncomplicated and worth the $5 p/day! Wish more locations across the globe would buy into this convenient innovation!

OK, so it was a bit strange, and I hadn't been in a tattoo parlor before, but the experience was great... a) close by the station b) polite and efficient young man behind the counter c) no cash exchanged since I did all that on line the day before. No problems and I would definitely use the service again.

Great place to leave your luggage and make the most of the day before catching a flight... the reception was fantastic and quick, and the return was just as smooth!! 🔝🔝🔝🔝
