We only stored our luggage for a couple of hours, but the process went smoothly and they seemed to have a secure office where they kept the items.

At first when you arrive it seems a bit sketchy but once you get in, everyone there is very welcoming. The check in process was quick and easy. It’s also a one stop shop, you can buy your liquor, essentials and food! Their fried chicken is the BEST I’ve ever had!! I’m literally having withdrawals lol

They were incredibly helpful. In addition to storing our luggage they helped us get a taxi and were very nice.

This Bounce location is inside Hank’s supermarket. As other reviews state, it seems sketchy from the outside but the guys who work there are so nice and it is very professional. Download the Bounce app and book your luggage storage in advance so when you get there they will just scan the QR code and store your luggage securely while you explore the city. It cost me $7.50 for one suitcase to keep it there the whole day. Hank’s is open 24 hours too.

Nice, easy, and convenient.

We returned from a cruise and had a long wait until our flight, so we decided to grab lunch and walk around New Orleans. We used the bounce app to find a location that would hold our luggage for us. It was super easy and it was in the back of a phone store (if I remember correctly). The guy gave us tags and we took pics and it was about $5 something/per bag. Would check for something like this in every city if I ever needed this service again.

The store keeps your luggage behind the counter with them and their cash register. That along with the $10,000 Insurance policy made me rest at easy while leaving my most prized possessions with strangers as I toured the art museum. It was well worth the daily rate for 2 bags.

Absolutely fabulous and secure facility to leave your bags (we had 9 bags), don't be fooled about the neighborhood, the management at Hanks are top notch. Our bags were tagged and secured the entire time they were there, the manager told me if it would make me feel better I could take a picture of our bags, I never had any doubt they would not be safe, all the staff were extremely nice and accommodating. You have to get fried chicken from the deli, it is out of this world. I will definitely use them again.
