Everything was perfect! The cafe was very close to the center, the process of booking online was very easy, and leaving your luggage without worries was worry-free! I recommend it.

We booked at the last minute because our original reservation was cancelled the day before without explanation. It's a 7-minute walk from the train station, the service was very quick and friendly, and we were able to make our plans without having to carry our luggage. 100% safe and reliable.

Everyone was very nice. My bus got stuck in the traffic and I got there 20 min before closing time (19h00, when my reservation expires), and kept waiting for me, even if the caffe was not "open to clients" anymore.

Very easy to get to, the staff were attentive and they have a special room where they store luggage.

We surprised the vendor with 20 bags and less than 10 minutes notice. They handled our ten people like champions and were very friendly and helpful. The location is a short distance from the train station and an easy location for everything in Modena. We were very happy with our service.

Easy drop off, friendly staff, safe location. Close to Modena train station so we were able to leave our luggage before going to Maranello for the day and getting back on a train afterwards.

The place is inside the Café Noir. Modena train station doesn't offer luggage storage, so it was a great option; everything was done via smartphone, then you just leave your bags and enjoy a coffee and a pastry.

Great little cafe, and also a storage facility where they take the security seriously, everything was locked, tagged, and taken care of. The ladies at the cafe, super friendly and caring. I ended up having coffee there before and after storage. They have clean WC facilities also, and enough comfortable seating to take a call etc. Very pleased with my experience.

Saved my day. My train from Zurich to Milan got delayed due to bad weather. I planned to visit the Ferrari museums in Modena and Maranello in the afternoon after checking in to my hotel in Milan and take a train to Modena just after an hour afterwards. Train delay from Zurich to Milan meant I missed the train to Modena and since I had to visit by 3 pm to take the shuttle to Maranello, I took the next train available to Modena. But since I couldnt drop my luggage at my hotel due to very short time window, I was searching for a place in Modena. Luckily, I found this Bounce storage facility about 10 min from the station and was able to drop my bag there. Very friendly staff and highly recommended if someone just has a stopover in Modena to visit Ferrari meuseums or for other reasons. The prices are reasonable as well, just book in advance online.
