Excellent service. I had no problems whatsoever. Highly recommended.

Inside Tostada cafe, there's a QR code to scan and make a reservation. Afterwards you show the employees the QR code and the handle the process from there. Very easy and convenient, had no issues dropping off or picking up.

You have to compete with the actual customers in the cafe for time so if you are in a hurry that sucks, but they were able to get to us within 15 minutes.

For those of y'all who are looking for a luggage storage facility, this location is not at House of Intuition as Google Maps suggests. Instead, it's at Tostada (which is right next door). Let the staff there know that you would like to store your luggage. There is a room in the back (past the restroom) where they will keep your belongings until you come back. Staff was friendly and dropping off my bags was an easy process. You will need to create an account with Radical Storage, but all in all very easy.

Easy to find - right next to Bath & Body Works. Friendly staff who were accommodating for us (we had a large party with 16 items)! And took great care of our belongings.

We had a little bit of a hard time finding it. Once we did they kept our bags secure. On picking up we had to wait a few minutes because they were serving customers coffee.
