Luggage storage Matsumoto Station Castle Exit

Bounce's service is fantastic and so convenient! My travel plans changed, and I was able to pick up my luggage a day early and get a refund for one day's fee. I'll definitely use Bounce again next time.

Place is right across the street from the station checking in my bag and picking it up was super easy. And staff were really friendly.

This was a great location to store my suitcase when I arrived in Matsumoto, before I was able to check into my hotel. The staff member even accommodated me by storing my umbrella and jacket, which I really appreciated on a hot summer day. When I was ready to pick up my things, the process was easy. Make sure to keep the numbered tag you get during drop-off. NOTE: I booked storage through Ecbo Cloak, not Bounce, but it's the same storage site.

This is the best place for luggage storage!! Everyone should use this place. It's a 1-minute walk to the station!!

Really easy alternative to struggling with station lockers!

Used Bounce twice on our trip to Japan. A perfect solution for us while we stopped off to visit castles. Highly recommend.

Great location, opposite the station. Easy drop-off and pick-up, just show the QR code. Ideal for those who want convenience and speed, or for extra-large luggage. However, if you arrive early in the morning, I recommend checking the lockers at the station first, as I saw many large sizes available. The lockers at the station are cheaper because they are large and can hold 1-3 bags, while here they charge per item.

Very convenient location, right across from the station. Perfect for oversized luggage or anyone who wants a quick and easy luggage drop-off. Just show your QR code, and the staff will take care of everything! Note: I arrived around 10 AM and still found plenty of large coin lockers at the station, which are cheaper than Bounce since Bounce charges per item. Worth checking the station lockers first if you arrive early! Also arrived at the store at 10:05 AM, but the shop was still closed. Waited few minutes for it to open, possibly because I hadn’t specified my arrival time.
