Place is right across the street from the station checking in my bag and picking it up was super easy. And staff were really friendly.

This was a great location to store my suitcase when I arrived in Matsumoto, before I was able to check into my hotel. The staff member even accommodated me by storing my umbrella and jacket, which I really appreciated on a hot summer day. When I was ready to pick up my things, the process was easy. Make sure to keep the numbered tag you get during drop-off. NOTE: I booked storage through Ecbo Cloak, not Bounce, but it's the same storage site.
