It is in a great location for exploring downtown Marseille before heading to the airport. The staff were so friendly that I tried to give them a small tip when I picked up my luggage, but they declined, saying it was for their own pleasure. It was a great experience.

Location is incredibly convenient (the Grand Staircase down from the station, or gare, is not difficult for a person without mobility challenges). The staff have their luggage storage system down to a finely honed system, and have an extra level of security in their numbered yellow cards and locked room. They offered us water and use of their toilettes -- an ideal setup. Used them twice, once on the way in, once on the way out of town.
