Amazing !! The owner was so nice & gave great directions to avoid excessive steps when walking to the train station. Highly recommend since the station did not have any lockers available.

The gentleman who helped us was extremely friendly, and the drop-off and collection was very easy. The toy store it is in is worth a visit by itself.

A bit pricey, but considering we're in Switzerland, that's understandable. The place goes unnoticed as it's in a toy store, but the gentleman was super friendly, gave us good directions, a city map, and even showed us the funicular back to the train station, otherwise we would have had to climb the numerous stairs.

Great first experience with Bounce! The owner of Zoeyland was very helpful. Pro tip for finding it: Look for the A-frame sign, the shop is on the left-hand side of the building. Highly recommend!

luggage storage: perfect experience with this store and Bounce app. The owner was very kind giving lots of local tips for the day. I never used bounce and was skeptical, but everything worked well. If you have issues installing the app or booking previously, no worries, in store there is a QR-code, you scan it and book it right in-store. The place is very centric. Perfect to leave luggage and walk around the city. Also the owner offered to come back any time during the day if you need something from the luggage.
