Perfect, I just walked from the metro station like 10min and found the place. Very convenient.

Place near the metro connector to store luggage, not a locker.

Very close to the bus station that takes you to the airport, I had a layover and what I did was take the free shuttle to Metro Transit Center, from there I walked to the Bounce place (5-7 min) I left my suitcase and went to explore Los Angeles :)

Easy bag drop. 5 minute walk from the LAX Transit Center. Was able to drop my bag, head downtown via Metro, hang out for a few hours, then come back and pickup. Walked across the street to the rental car center and hopped on a bus to the terminal. Couldn't have been much easier!

I got the package around 4pm on October 3rd. It was pretty good. The place was not far away, the staff were very polite and the price was reasonable.

The process was very quick and easy, both for delivery and pickup. They only ask that you take a photo of the item at the location, and when you pick it up, you need to show the photo. However, they don't provide any receipt or document. I found that a little strange. But everything worked out!

Booking through the app was very convenient; you can see prices and ratings in advance. My luggage was safe for a week, and I found the service to be excellent.

All good with the service, they don't scan the tag in the drop off or pick up, but all worked well.

Everything is good but just the street in front of the store is not paved so its hard to drag big luggages across to the paved road

I'm grateful that it's open 24 hours.
