  • Excellent service! Everything went as expected, and the attention was incredibly kind. I highly recommend it if you need to leave your luggage while visiting Universal Studios. We had to ask for directions because it is an improbable store with a sign "Look Good Feel Great" right in the corner of the parking lot, with a small sign on its door announcing they do the "Bounce" service, so we had to ask at the cleaners shop at the side before finding the right place.
