I was processed quickly. The UPS location I stored my luggage at had friendly employees. I didn't feel awkward or like I was being a burden and they moved all my bags to a back room.

My family needed a place to store 10 pieces of luggage securely in order to have a day in Long Beach and visit the Queen Mary. Our cruise finished early morning and our flight wasn't until 11:00 pm. This facility met our needs. Good value for money and friendly helpful staff. Recommend.

Quick and easy, friendly staff. A bit confusing initially because no where to find the name Bounce.

I appreciated the convenience but thought it was pricey. $16 for 3 hours for two bags is a lot.

Overall it was a very positive experience. The staff literally bent over backwards to make me successful should anything go wrong which it did not as they are so helpful My only complaint is that they are inside a fedex store and there is no “Bounce” signage anywhere so a little confusing but still a valuable source if you need time between flights to store your luggage
