We had a very pleasant stay at this apartment. The location is excellent—conveniently situated close to restaurants and shops , uber and public transportation, making it easy to explore the area. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay, always quick to answer questions and ensure everything went smoothly, which we really appreciated. The apartment itself was comfortable and well-equipped for our needs. The only minor downside was that it could be a bit noisy at times due to neighbors, but it didn’t significantly impact our overall experience. We would definitely recommend this place.

Conveniently located near Rato metro station. The online booking process was very simple and I saved 10% by booking 1 day in advance. Daily storage price was reasonable. Fast and simple drop off and pickup. Staff was friendly and courteous. Open 24 hrs. I would definitely recommend this Bounce location located in the Sao Bento Hotel.

I left my luggage at this place for 10 days and I highly recommend it! It's a safe place and my luggage came back intact!

Everything was ok. The service is located in the hotel, so I came, scanned the qr code, and then checked in my suitcase. If I understood correctly, it had to be picked up by 5:00 PM, but it's better to check

Great place to drop off luggage. The hotel staff took a picture of my bag and explained everything very clearly. They are open all night if you need to retrieve luggage late.

Bounce luggage storage is at the reception of the Lisbon Sao Bento hotel. Just ask the staff and book and pay using the app. Very friendly staff.
