Everything was ok. The service is located in the hotel, so I came, scanned the qr code, and then checked in my suitcase. If I understood correctly, it had to be picked up by 5:00 PM, but it's better to check

Easy to access from the Rato metro station. The people at the reception desk were kind. They took the luggage away and than brought it back immediately when we asked for it upon return. Everything was in place.
