Really smooth experience, with simple online booking/payment and the lady in the shop was really pleasant. Great location to drop bags post cruise to explore Alfama and central Lisbon before my flight. Easy drop off and pick up, and definitely felt safe. Would highly recommend. Just double check the shop hours as they close for lunch (in March).

Super easy way to store your luggage before getting on a cruise ship in Lisbon. Just a short walk to get there. This storage is in the back of a shop so don't let that fool you when you're looking for it. Fast, secure, easy with helpful staff.

I checked two bags short term (for a few hours) and my checked bag long term (three days). In both instances I didn't have a wait, the staff was friendly, and my items handled with care. Just do yourself a favor and study a map before you go - my bolt driver went around in circles and dropped me over a mile and SEVERAL steep staircases away, and google maps seemed to go haywire and give me odd directions when I traveled on foot. This is conveniently close to the Lisboa Santa Appolonia train station, but still a bit of a hike if there's poor weather or a lot of luggage. Much better with easier to carry items!

Everything went very smoothly, but it wasn't very easy to find the shop, even using Google Maps. A sticker in the shop window advertising that the shop was a Bounce agent would have been a great help.

Left my luggage into this little jewellery store at the end of the street where I stayed. Shop assistant was so pleasant and helpful. Wonderful service to be free of bags while sightseeing. Highly recommend!

Location where we dropped our bags was really polite. Still the extra charge of 3,30€ was not mentioned somewhere until end of booking. Anyway nice idea and worth using.
