  • Easy to process, you do it online and show the QR code. When you arrive, they tell you to take a photo of your luggage. Everything was very secure and I was very happy. Friendly gentleman.

  • The male owner is so kind. I visited without a reservation, and my luggage was stored safely. It was raining, so I tried to call a taxi from inside the shop, but he kindly told me that taxis are expensive and suggested I call Bolt instead. When I left, the female owner was there alone, but she greeted me with a smile. It is a pleasant place.

  • The woman working was lovely and accommodating. We had a great chat with her and felt comfortable leaving our things behind. For the record, Bounce should be giving a much larger cut of the money customers pay to the businesses storing the luggage!!!
