It took us a a few minutes to figure that the Bounce was actually inside the restaurant but as soon as we got the confirmation from someone working there everything went smoothly and fast. Great service and perfect location.

I needed to leave my suitcase behind so I could explore the city. I searched on Google and found Bounce. I did everything on the website, including the payment. They sent me the address and it was very easy. A very friendly Brazilian lady kept my suitcase safe. At the end of the day I picked it up. Everything was perfect. I highly recommend Bounce. And I will definitely use it whenever I need to. Thank you, Bounce.

A very good experience. We were very well received. Despite the fact that the website's hours didn't match the restaurant's opening hours due to a public holiday, the hostess found a solution for us to leave our luggage. The location is difficult to identify if you don't know the restaurant's name (before booking) because the "Bounce Luggage" sign is not very visible.

The staff was nice and helpful. As the others stated, it's a little difficult to see the Bounce sign. Just look for the Slang restaurant.
