Nice and positive people working there. First Bounce experience, right place to start. Recomended! Oh and you can have a cup of coffee and shop for some snacks, which is wonderful right before or after your trip, while dropping or collecting your luggage.

Amazing! So easy

Very kind shop owner - I registered my luggage for 4 days to avoid paying extra on another flight. It was a bit challenging to find the place (thanks to Google map I could see the image of the shop) but I felt that my luggage was safe and the cost was very acceptable. The drop in and recovery of my luggage was easy.

Stored 2 surfboards for a week, no problem, longer board was 8ft. Highly recommend this Bounce location

Everything was stored safely (they store in the room inside the supermarket). The owners of the place are very helpful really nice and have a great grocery store inside with quality products. Recommend!

This luggage storage is located inside a small Venezuelan supermarket, a convenient 10 minute walk from the airport. The staff here are warm and very helpful and it feels extremely safe and secure. They also have great coffee and lots of delicious Latin American snacks. Would definitely use again!

The people at this location were both kind and helpful, and it was convenient to buy drinks and snacks at both drop off and pickup. The shop is not visible from the street, but it is not too hard to find (the short end of the building faces the street, but this and the other businesses in the building all face the terrace that you can see from the street).

Super top, we dropped off our luggage with valuables, nothing moved, we were able to fully enjoy Lisbon. Don't hesitate to trust them.

It’s conveniently located close to the airport. It’s a 10 minute walk. The host is friendly. Just be mindful of the opening hours of the store. I had morning flights and it was a little tricky for me to pick up my luggage.

It was a walking distance from the airport which was very convenient although we couldn’t find it directly as there were no signage outside. I have the sense of security feeling that my staff are very safe and the lady who manage /owns are very nice people. The online system too was so convenient

the storage is in the supermarket 😉 everything worked perfectly, also I was very happy that my "baby Camina(Crassula ovata) (Dollar Plant/Jade Plant) survived ☺️
